Ingredients
- Mixed seeds or granola
- Natural peanut butter
- Vanilla Greek yoghurt
- Sliced banana
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Honey
Method
- 1. In your serving bowl or glass of choice, start with a layer of mixed seeds or granola, 1-2 tbsp per dish, then top with a generous teaspoon of peanut butter followed by a spoon of yoghurt.
- 2. Add some sliced banana and a few raspberries and blueberries.
- 3. Add another 2 generous spoons of yoghurt on top, followed by a bit more fruit.
- 4. Drizzle over a bit more peanut butter, a lovely bit of honey then seeds or granola to finish it off.
