Introduction

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2-3 dollops yoghurt of choice
- Drizzle of honey (or choice of syrup, if required)
- 2-3 tsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1-2 spoonfuls muesli or granola
- Small handful berries
Method
- 1. Cut the peeled banana lengthways to split it down the middle then place on your plate cut-side up.
- 2. Top with yoghurt, a drizzle of honey and peanut butter, then finish with some muesli and berries.
