Ingredients
- For the chilli paste
- 2 Thai lime leaves
- 1 red chilli
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cooked salmon fillets, skin removed & flaked
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3-4 sprigs fresh coriander, roughly chopped
- 1 egg white
- 1 microwave pack Tilda fragrant Jasmine rice
- 1/8 cucumber, finely sliced
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- ½ red chilli, finely sliced
- 60ml dark soy sauce
- Squeeze of lime juice
- ½ -1 tsp brown sugar (to taste)
