Introduction
Impress your guests with this simple yet showstopping side dish. Carol’s Stockmarket Potato Boulangère.
Ingredients
- 1Kg Maris Piper Potatoes, skin on finely sliced
 - 1/2 medium onion, peeled and finely sliced
 - 3-4 sprigs of thyme, leaves only
 - 400ml Carol’s Chicken Stock
 - 1 Tbsp Olive oil
 
Method
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/Gas 4
 - 2. Add your sliced potato to a bowl of water for 10 minutes and drain.
 - 3. Arrange the slice potato and onion on their side, slightly slanted in a baking dish.
 - 4. Add the thyme.
 - 5. Pour over the stock. Drizzle on the olive oil.
 - 6. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until crispy on top and cooked through.
