Introduction
This is a super quick and easy side dish.
Ingredients
- 500g Asparagus
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Lemon
- Parmesan (optional)
Method
- 1. While you heat your griddle pan, wash the asparagus and cut of the woody ends. Place the asparagus on a tray or plate and drizzle with olive oil. Make sure to coat them all in the oil.
- 2. Place the asparagus on the griddle pan and char on all sides.
- 3. Remove from the pan and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze over some lemon and grate over some parmesan
