Ingredients
- 400g strong flour
- 300g water
- 150g stiff levain*
- 10g sea salt
- ½ bulb of roasted garlic**
- 400g peeled and roughly diced raw pumpkin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chilli
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 200g grated cheddar
