Ingredients
- 250ml sugar syrup
- Juice of 4-5 lemons (275ml)
- 1 litre sparkling water
- A few handfuls of ice
- 1 large jug
Method
- 1. Mix the sugar syrup with the lemon juice in your serving jug.
- 2. Fill up the jug with the sparkling water and serve with lemon slices and lots of ice.
