Introduction
Oaty Egg Muffins created by Aveen Bannon for Flahavans & Keelings
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
 - 80g of Flahavan’s Progress Oats
 - 70-100ml of milk
 - 5g butter
 - Optional - Handful of Keelings mixed berries
 - Optional - Handful of baby spinach leaves
 
Method
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 180C
 - 2. Mix the egg, oats and milk together
 - 3. Grease a 6-hole muffin tin with the butter and evenly divide the egg mixture between the muffin holes
 - 4. Top with spinach or berries
 - 5. Bake for 12-15 mins until the muffins are puffed up and set. These can be served warm or cold.
