Introduction

Oaty Egg Muffins created by Aveen Bannon for Flahavans & Keelings

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 80g of Flahavan’s Progress Oats
  • 70-100ml of milk
  • 5g butter
  • Optional - Handful of Keelings mixed berries
  • Optional - Handful of baby spinach leaves

Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 180C
  • 2. Mix the egg, oats and milk together
  • 3. Grease a 6-hole muffin tin with the butter and evenly divide the egg mixture between the muffin holes
  • 4. Top with spinach or berries
  • 5. Bake for 12-15 mins until the muffins are puffed up and set. These can be served warm or cold.
