Introduction
Yummy, chargrilled pork kebabs, ideal for a midweek barbeque
Ingredients
- 500g pork steak, cut into cubes
 - 2 tbsp oregano
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 8 cherry tomatoes
 - 1 green pepper, chopped
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 1 tbsp chopped mint
 - 125ml natural yoghurt
 
Method
- 1. Rub the pork with the oregano and olive oil and set aside for 15 minutes. Skewer the pork and vegetables on soaked kebab sticks.
 - 2. Heat the grill or barbeque to high. Cook the pork for about 7 minutes, turning frequently. Rest for 3 minutes before serving with natural yoghurt mixed with the fresh mint.
