Introduction
Crunchie Rocky Road with marshmallow chunks -This is a classic melt and mix recipe, that always goes down well with little effort on the host’s behalf. Our kind of crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate
 - 100g milk chocolate
 - 2 tbsp golden syrup
 - 125g butter
 - 100g mini marshmallows
 - 150g rich tea biscuits, crushed
 - 4 Crunchie Bars
 - 100g white chocolate
 
Method
- 1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
 - 2. Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl over simmering water. While it is melting, chop the crunchie bars up into chunks.
 - 3. Mix together the chocolate mixture with the biscuits, marshmallow and Crunchie and smooth into a baking tray.
 - 4. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top.
 - 5. Chill for about 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.
