Woollen Mills, Reimagined
Wed Jun 25 2014

One of the most hotly anticipated restaurant openings in Dublin is happening this week as the team behind The Winding Stair on Ormond Quay open The Woollen Mills; a giant revamp of The Woollen Mills building beside the Ha’Penny Bridge. Featuring an in-house bakery, stunning rib-sticking menu of pork belly with mac & cheese and ham, egg and chips, all created by Ian Connelly of House and Dillengers; expect cool but casual eating experience. The best bit? The Woollen Mills is linked by an interior door into its sister restaurant, The Winding Stair. LOVE IT.
