Kileen Mature, made by by Marion Roeleveld in Ballinasloe, Co Galway took home the top prize at the Irish Cheese Awards at Bloom last weekend. It’s the second year in a row that a goat’s cheese has taken the prize, and we can confirm that it was the right choice – it is delicious!
