Halloween Festival At Saba

Saba and Saba To Go will be running a special Halloween Festival from Thursday, 23rd of October until Sunday, 2nd November. To celebrate the festival, Executive Chef Taweesak Trakoolwattana (Tao) has created a unique menu packed with seasonal delights to tickle the taste buds. Each dish has incorporated pumpkin, the delightful Halloween delicacy, along with many traditional Thai and Vietnamese ingredients. At Saba, feast your senses on newly added starter dishes including Grilled Pumpkin with seared King Scallops (€12.95) and Pumpkin, Crab, Carrot and Orange Soup (€7.95). Follow with a delicious main cours of Fuktong Ob, a dish consisting of layered pumpkin and aubergine with yellow curry minced chicken with mushroom, onion and carrots for €18.95, Gai Phad Fuktong which includes stir-fried chicken with pumpkin, butternut squash, onion, chilli and spring onion for €17.95 or Steamed Pumpkin and Chinese Leaves priced at €16.95. A bespoke Halloween cocktail, “Into Darkness”, has been created for the festival and includes Fair Rum, Campari, fresh raspberries, grapefruit juice and fig syrup, garnished with Thai basil leaves.
