Get Wild At Brooklodge

Last year The BrookLodge and Macreddin Village introduced Wild Food Masterclasses, presided over by Evan Doyle, co-author of Wild Food and expert forager and the chef behind the Strawberry Tree at BrookLodge – Ireland’s only certified wild and organic restaurant. If you are interested in foraging, and are eager to learn about all the amazing ingredients our hedgerows have to offer and how to cook them, then this weekend is for you.  The Wild Food MasterClass is priced at €195 per person sharing and includes one night’s accomodation in the stunning BrookLodge. The next weekend course takes place on 14th and 15th May and you can book your place by logging on here.
