It’s National Strawberry Week and here at I Love Cooking HQ, we are, quite frankly, strawberry MAD. We are dropping them in our breakfast smoothies, adding them to mascarpone and spreading them on toasted brioche; macerating them in balsamic vinegar and adding them to salads – it’s all to play for.
