This Sunday, why not treat your Mum to Afternoon Tea inspired by Two Star Michelin Restaurateur, Patrick Guilbaud at The Restaurant at Brown Thomas.
Priced at €24.95 per person, customers can indulge in mini fruit and multi-seed scones served with clotted cream, berry jam and farmhouse butter. In addition the tea offers an exquisite selection of pistachio financier, macaroons, mini chocolate fondant and lemon meringue pie. Finally for the savoury senses, diners can feast upon smoked salmon bagel, lemon and dill crème fraiche, roasted red pepper and poached chicken, artichoke, sundried tomato and black olive bruschetta and ham watercress and dijonaise on brioche roll all topped off with a choice of tea or coffee.
