7. Braun Carestyle 5 Iron

Not really classed as kitchen kit but  for those of us who cannot stand ironing this iron is really quite a revelation! The team here at  I Love Cooking are not big fans of ironing but having tried out this particular invention our approach to ironing has definitely changed! You can cut the time you spend on ironing in half by using the brand new CareStyle 5 ironing systems from Braun. Designed to make the whole ironing process much more simple and a lot quicker, this unique ironing system uses innovative integrated technology to eradicate creases faster and with the least possible amount of effort. 5. The De’Longhi Multifry

The future is here! The Multifry is an innovative cooking appliance combining a low-oil fryer and multicooker, designed to make cooking for friends and family easier and, most importantly, healthier.

The multitasking appliance introduces a unique Surround Heating System (SHS), to create a multitude of recipes from risottos and cous cous, stews and ratatouilles to pizzas, cakes and pies. The SHS guarantees excellent cooking performance, meaning food is crispy on the outside and tasty and juicy on the inside, as well as rapid cooking to save time. The upper heating element operates for convection cooking and grilling, whilst the lower heating element is designed for faster cooking.

We love the new food steamer from Braun.  It offers a fast, easy and healthy way to prepare food. Each of the 3.1L baskets easily fits a variety of ingredients, including meat and vegetables, cooking them all perfectly with delicious results and, the handy drip pan stops any juices or flavours spreading between layers. There is an easy-to-use timer which allows you to do the other 101 tasks you need to do, while the steamer do all the work. It is really easy to use, simply fill up with water, add your ingredients and set the timer. Not only can you prepare healthy nutrition food, the steamer ideal for preparing baby food. The steamer also comes with a convenient rice steaming bowl and egg rack (which can also be used for terrines and sauces).
