Keelings Raspberry Summer Salad
- 2 Punnets of Keelings Raspberries
- 1 Sliced Beetroot
- 1 Package Spinach leaves
- 1 Apple
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Vinaigrette
Method
- Chop up all ingredients, add the sunflower seeds and vinaigrette, mix your salad together and hey presto – enjoy al fresco!
