They are unique series of  “How To “ live online cookery classes by Chef Brian Mc Dermott. From cooking the perfect steak to mastering a fish pie in the comfort of your own home Brian will zoom live from his home kitchen in Donegal directly into to your kitchen creating a nourishing dish.

Choose a class of interest and either cook along or sit back and relax for a 45 minute interactive session with lots of tips for improving how you cook better  at home. 

Brian has successfully delivered online live cookery sessions throughout lockdown and a real appetite for more is apparent.  The notion for the How To series has been a suggestion of many of those who have already enjoyed Brians classes but wanted short snappy how to style going into the brighter evenings of the summer. Master how to perfect one dish at a time is the ethos of this series of 11 new classes.
