If you do not have time to whizz up your own pesto just use a jar of pesto (we have not included the ingredients to make your own pesto)
Tuesday:
Neven Maguire/Avonmore Beef Stroganoff
Wednesday:
To make this gluten free switch out the breadcrumbs for gluten free breadcrumbs – yep it’s that simple!
Thursday:
Pesto Stuffed Chicken With Parma Ham
Serve with some greens and little roasties
Friday:
Pair this with some chips and mushy peas – delicious.
Saturday:
Serve with some salad for a quick and easy dinner.
Sunday:
A great laid back Sunday dinner, serve with either some salad or chips. Great for feeding a crowd if you have guests over.
