Introduction
Whether you are barbequing or grilling under a conventional grill, this marinade will add the spices of India to meat or fish – a great all rounder
Ingredients
- 6 cloves of garlic crushed
 - 1 inch ginger, peeled and finely grated
 - 4 tsp turmeric
 - 2 tsp garam masala
 - 2 tsp ground coriander
 - 2 tsp ground cumin
 - 2 red chillies, de-seeded and chopped
 - 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
 - 1/2 small red onion, chopped
 
Method
- 1. Whizz all of the ingredients in a food processor until combined to a paste.
 - 2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use
 - 3. How To Use: Smear all over meat or fish and marinate for 4 hours or overnight if possible to allow the spices to infuse. If the meat is a large joint, cut slashes across it to allow the spices easy access.
