Five-Minute Ice-Creams. Quick, tasty ice-cream at home is as simple as freezing some good quality fruit. I recommend slicing the fruit and laying it out on a tray lined with cling film, then wrapping the entire tray in cling film until the fruit freezes solid overnight. Once it’s safely stored in the freezer, you know you can have ice-cream at any time. Recipe by Brian McDermott from his cookbook Donegal Table, published by The O’Brien Press.
