Bacon & Gruyere Baked French Toast
Easy
Bacon & Gruyere Baked French Toast The preparation for this delicious baked French toast breakfast or brunch starts the night before, so it’s a great prepare-ahead dish perfect for a crowd. The bacon is optional, but we definitely recommend adding the Gruyere cheese. It’s just the right amount of sweet and savoury.
