Star chef Kevin Thornton has teamed up with Camile Thai in Dublin to create a signature curry for the popular takeaway. His Indochrine curry is available for €14.95 and is created with a specially blended spice mix from Green Saffron. Thornton says ““I’ve drawn on Indian flavours to create something a little different for Camile. The Indian influence in Thailand is felt to this day in much of its culture, including its food. I was delighted to be asked to contribute a dish to the menu and I very much hope you will enjoy it.” Can’t wait to try it!
