
Keelings Cherry Parfait

Keelings Cherry Parfait is the perfect healthy treat! It is quick and easy and a real crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 12 Keelings cherries, pitted
 - 250 g Non-fat Greek yogurt
 - 4 tbsp Chia seeds
 - 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 - 4 tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes
 - Grated chocolate
 
Method:
- In a food processor or blender, puree the Keelings cherries, 240ml Greek yogurt, chia seeds and vanilla extract.
 - Stir in coconut and cocoa flakes.
 - Layer plain yogurt, cherry yogurt, and fresh cherries in glasses & sprinkle some grated chocolate on top. Enjoy!
