Spring Summer Miele Live 2017 Cooking Demonstrations line up.
Miele have just announced a stellar line up of some of Ireland’s most exciting chefs and cooks for their Spring Summer 2017 cooking demonstration series who will bring their culinary expertise to the Miele Experience Centre Citywest.
What will you learn?
Attendees can expect to learn how to use exciting local produce and perfect cooking with different programs to create delicious dishes at home. With unparalleled one to one access to the chefs and cooks, attendees will learn how to cook with new ingredients, create world dishes, and introduce healthy recipes as well as indulgent baked treats to their repertoire. Recipe packs and refreshments will also be available at the events. For 2017 Miele are delighted to announce the following line up:
Chef Sunil Ghai from Pickle Restaurant
Chef Sunil Ghai will be hosting a series of cooking demonstrations that showcase the delicious dishes from Northern India.
JP McMahon from Aniar Restaurant
Chef JP McMahon will be bringing his Michelin star winning taste of the West Coast for a series of exciting cooking demos in the Miele Experience Centre.
Sheen Falls Lodge
Exclusively to Miele, Chef Philip Brazil from the award winning, The Falls Restaurant at five star Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, will be preparing some delicious recipes using the best ingredients sourced from the ‘Kingdom County’ of Kerry.
The Happy Pear
The Happy Pear duo Stephen and David Flynn will bring attendees on a culinary journey of delicious salads and vegetarian dishes that will have the most stalwart meat eater watering at the mouth.
The Market Butcher
Butchers Michael and Karl follow time honoured methods of selecting, hanging and maturing their meats, using traditional butchering methods and skills with a modern twist. At their demonstration, attendees will learn how to make best use of cooking different meat cuts and the flavours from different Irish meats.
The Butler’s Pantry Cooking Demonstrations
The Butler’s Pantry returns to the Miele Experience Centre with a series of themed cookery sessions that will teach participants new cookery skills using sustainable Irish produce with delicious tasters at each session.
Baking with Gemma Hobson
At the Miele Experience Centre Gemma will be baking sweet and savoury pastries and bakes, brownies and cupcakes to a range of pâtés and terrines and pizzas that subscribe to her motto ‘don’t buy it – bake it.’
Japanese Cooking with Fiona Uyema
Fiona Uyema returns to the Miele Experience Centre to host a series of creative cooking demonstrations that showcases traditional and modern Japanese fusion dishes.
The Miele MasterClasses and Pre or Post sale classes make it possible to ‘try before you buy’ to experience Miele proficiency allowing for an informed choice when selecting new cooking appliances that best suit lifestyle.
