BFree Turkey & Ham Bake

Not quite sure what to do with your leftovers at Christmas? Try BFree Turkey & Ham Bake
Ingredients:
- 500g leftover turkey and ham
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 150g frozen peas
- 350ml chicken stock
- 200ml crème fraiche
- 4 tsp gluten free cornflour
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 100g cheese, grated
- 3-4 slices BFree bread
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Butter
- BFree White Loaf
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Blitz the breadcrumbs in a food processor, add the herbs and stir in 1 tbsp melted butter. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan and sautee the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add in the stock and peas and mustard, crème fraiche and meat. Bring to a simmer.
- Mix the cornflour with 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir into the sauce. Continue to simmer until the sauce has thickened.
- Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and top with the breadcrumb mix.
- Bake for 25 mins.
